1. 수집하는 개인정보

본 앱은 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입, 로그인, 계정 시스템이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치정보 등 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 요청하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

2. 카메라로 촬영한 사진의 처리 방식

본 앱의 핵심 기능은 카메라로 촬영한 알약 사진에서 개수를 세는 것입니다. 실제 동작은 다음과 같습니다.

• 촬영된 사진은 기기 안의 메모리에서만 디코딩되어 온디바이스 인공지능 모델의 입력으로 사용됩니다.
• 이 과정에서 사진은 인터넷을 통해 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱의 릴리스(배포) 빌드는 네트워크 연결(인터넷 권한) 자체를 요청하지 않습니다.
• 결과 화면에서 "확인"을 누르지 않은 경우: 결과 화면을 벗어나거나(다시 세기), 앱을 종료하면 해당 사진과 인식 결과는 메모리에서 사라지며, 앱이 이를 갤러리나 파일 형태로 별도 저장하지 않습니다. ("확인"을 눌러 계수 결과를 기록으로 저장한 경우의 처리 방식은 아래 2-1항을 참고하세요.)
• 촬영 직후 카메라 기능이 내부적으로 만드는 임시 이미지 파일은 다른 앱이 접근할 수 없는 앱 전용 캐시 저장공간에 잠시 쓰였다가, 그 내용을 메모리로 읽어들이는 즉시(성공하든 실패하든) 앱이 직접 삭제합니다. 이 파일은 서버로 전송되거나 갤러리에 복사되지 않으며, 배포된 앱(릴리스 빌드)에는 사진이나 이미지를 다른 앱으로 내보내는 "공유" 경로 자체가 없습니다. 개발자 전용 디버그 화면에만 있던 공유 기능은 배포 빌드에서는 그 화면에 닿을 수 있는 경로가 없고, 그 코드도 사진이 아니라 성능 측정용 CSV만 다룹니다.

2-1. 계수 기록(결과 화면에서 저장한 사진·개수)의 처리 방식

버전 0.4.0부터 본 앱은 결과 화면에서 확인을 누른 계수 결과를 "기록"으로 남겨, 이후 기록 목록·상세 화면에서 다시 볼 수 있게 합니다. 이 기능도 위 1항의 원칙(서버 전송 없음, 계정 없음)을 그대로 따릅니다.

• 기록에 저장되는 내용은 촬영 사진(축소된 JPEG), 인식된 알약 개수와 위치, 목표 개수와 차이, 촬영 시각, 앱 버전 등 진단용 값, 그리고 사용자가 직접 입력한 메모(예: 약품명)입니다.
• 이 기록은 오직 이 기기 안의, 다른 앱이 접근할 수 없는 앱 전용 저장공간에만 저장됩니다. 인터넷으로 전송되지 않고, 갤러리나 파일 관리자 등 다른 앱에서 보이지 않으며, 개발자를 포함해 앱 밖의 누구도 이 파일에 접근할 수 없습니다.
• 기록은 최대 500건까지 보관되며, 그 이상 쌓이면 가장 오래된 기록부터 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
• 사용자는 언제든 기록 상세 화면에서 기록 한 건을 삭제하거나, 기록 목록에서 "모두 삭제"로 전체를 지울 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제(제거)하면 남아 있던 모든 기록과 사진도 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다. 서버에 별도로 보관되는 사본은 없으므로, 이 세 가지 방법 외에 개발자에게 삭제를 요청할 필요가 없습니다.
• 메모 입력란에는 약품명이나 개인적인 참고 사항만 적도록 안내하며, 환자의 이름 등 개인정보를 입력하지 않도록 화면에 문구로 안내합니다. 다만 사용자가 임의로 입력하는 자유 텍스트이므로, 개인정보를 적지 않는 책임은 입력하는 사람에게 있습니다.

3. 제3자 SDK, 분석(애널리틱스), 광고

본 앱은 광고 SDK, 사용자 행동 분석(애널리틱스) 도구, 크래시 리포팅 서비스 등 데이터를 외부로 전송하는 어떠한 제3자 SDK도 포함하지 않습니다. 배포된 앱이 사용하는 모든 소프트웨어 구성요소는 온디바이스 카메라 촬영, 이미지 처리, 권한 요청과 같은 기기 내 기능만 수행하며, 네트워크로 데이터를 내보내지 않습니다.

수집하는 개인정보가 없으므로 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 대상이 없습니다. 기기에 남은 기록은 기록 상세의 삭제, 기록 목록과 정보 화면의 모두 삭제, 앱 삭제로 직접 지울 수 있습니다.

3-4. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치

촬영한 사진과 기록은 앱 전용 저장공간에만 남고, 앱은 인터넷 권한이 없어 이 정보를 기기 밖으로 보낼 수 없습니다.

4. 권한

사용자에게 표시되는 권한은 카메라뿐입니다. 이 권한은 알약 사진을 촬영하는 용도로만 사용되며, 그 외의 목적(예: 항상 카메라를 활성 상태로 유지하거나, 사진을 몰래 저장하는 것)으로 사용되지 않습니다. 저장소, 위치, 마이크, 연락처, 전화 등 다른 권한은 요청하지 않습니다. (참고: androidx.core 라이브러리가 자신의 이름으로 선언·요청하는 서명 수준(signature-level) 자기 권한이 앱 내부적으로 하나 더 존재하지만, 설치 시 자동 승인되며 런타임 프롬프트나 Play 권한 목록 등 사용자에게 노출되는 어떤 화면에도 나타나지 않습니다.)

5. 아동 및 특정 이용자층에 대한 안내

본 앱은 약국 등에서 조제 업무를 보조하기 위한 전문가용 도구로 설계되었으며, 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 포함한 특정 이용자층의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

1. Personal data we collect

The App does not collect any personal data. There is no account, sign-up, or login system, and the App does not request or store identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

2. How photos taken with the camera are handled

The App's core function is counting tablets from a photo taken with the device camera. Concretely:

• The captured photo is decoded and processed only in memory, on your device, as input to an on-device AI model.
• The photo is never transmitted to a server over the internet. The App's release build does not request a network/internet connection at all.
• If you have not pressed "Confirm" on the result screen: once you leave it (e.g. by recounting) or close the App, the photo and its detection result are cleared from memory; the App does not separately save them to your gallery or as a file. (See section 2-1 below for what happens once you press "Confirm" and the result becomes a saved record.)
• The temporary image file the camera creates right after capture briefly sits in app-private cache storage that no other app can access, and the App deletes it itself as soon as it has read the bytes into memory, whether that read succeeds or fails. It is never uploaded or copied to your gallery, and the released (production) build has no "share" path at all for images or photos. The only share feature in the codebase lives in a developer-only debug screen: in release builds there is no way to reach that screen, and the code there only handles a performance-measurement CSV, never a photograph.

2-1. How saved count records (history) are handled

Starting with version 0.4.0, the App lets you keep a count you confirmed on the result screen as a "record," viewable again later from the history list and detail screens. This feature follows the same principles as section 1 above (no network transmission, no account).

• Each record stores the captured photo (a downscaled JPEG), the recognized tablet count and detection positions, the target count and the difference from it, the capture time, diagnostic values such as the app version, and any note you typed yourself (e.g. a drug name).
• Records are stored only in this device's app-private storage, which no other app can access. They are never sent over the internet, never appear in your gallery or a file manager, and no one outside the App (including the developer) can access these files.
• At most 500 records are kept; once that limit is reached, the oldest record is deleted automatically to make room for a new one.
• You can delete a single record any time from its detail screen, or clear everything at once with "Delete all" on the history list. Uninstalling the App deletes every remaining record and photo from the device along with it. No separate copy is kept on any server, so there is nothing else to request the developer to delete.
• The note field is intended for a drug name or a short personal reminder, and the screen itself warns against entering a patient's name or other personal information, but since it is free text you type yourself, keeping personal information out of it is your responsibility.

3. Third-party SDKs, analytics, and advertising

The App contains no advertising SDK, no user-behavior analytics tool, and no crash-reporting service: no third-party SDK that transmits data off the device. Every software component the released App uses performs only on-device functions (camera capture, image processing, and permission requests) and does not send data over a network.

3-1. Provision of personal data to third parties

The App collects no personal data, so it provides no personal data to any third party.

3-2. Outsourcing of personal data processing

The App does not outsource personal data processing to any external party.

3-3. Data subject rights and how to exercise them

Because the App collects no personal data, there is nothing to request access to, correct, delete, or suspend processing of. Records that remain on the device can be removed directly: delete one from its detail screen, use "Delete all" on the records list or the information screen, or uninstall the App.

3-4. Measures to secure personal data

Photos and records stay only in app-private storage, and the App has no internet permission, so this information cannot leave the device.

4. Permissions

The only permission shown to you is Camera, used solely to take a photo of the tablets. It is not used for any other purpose (such as keeping the camera active in the background or secretly saving photos). The App does not request storage, location, microphone, contacts, phone, or any other user-facing permission. (Note: the androidx.core library additionally declares and requests, for itself, one internal signature-level self-permission naming the App's own package. It is granted automatically at install and never appears in any user-facing screen: not a runtime prompt, not the Play Store permission list.)

5. Children and specific audiences

The App is designed as a professional tool to assist pharmacy dispensing workflows and is not directed at children. The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14 or from any specific user group.
